# Referral Code Setup

By referring Discord servers, you'll be able to earn each time a trade is taken by that server's members. Below are the instructions to setup your referral code.

### Create your referral code

To create your referral code, you need to send a direct message to the NoloBot on Discord. 

1. Join the [NoloBot Discord server](https://discord.com/invite/BmBbKY6Rn9) and find the bot in the members' list.

If you're already a member of a Discord server that has the NoloBot installed, you can sent a direct message to the bot there.

2. In the command line of the DM with the bot, type the command **/config** 
3. Click on "Referral Configs". You will be prompted to create your referral code. 
4. You should see a message with your **Referral Account** details regarding the servers you referred. 

**You're all set! You can now share the referral code that you create 🌴**

### Referral Fees

| Type of trade | Fees    | Example                                                                         |
| ------------- | ------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Perp          | 2.2 bps | For a perp swap volume of $100m traded on a server you referred, you earn $22k. |
| Spot          | 10 bps  | For a spot swap volume of $100m traded on a server you referred, you earn $10k. |

The fees collected will be deposited on your NoloBot (PERP or SPOT?) account automatically. You can withdraw them to your wallet by typing the command **/config** and clicking on withdraw from (spot account.
